Student Applicaitons
Download the following applications if you are a Biola student and want to be involved in volunteering for Missions Conference.
Coordinators:
Missions Conference Coordinators are Biola students who direct specific aspects of Missions Conference. They work both in the spring and in the fall. Coordinators work on a team with another individual to plan, coordinate, and communicate aspects of Missions Conference. If you are interested in becoming a coordinator download an application and turn it into the SMU office. There are a total of 10 coordinators with positions including:
Marketing and Hospitality, Global Awareness, Prayer and Worship, Interactions, and Logistics
Staff:
The Missions Conference staff position is more flexible than the coordinator position because the staff member works under a coordinator. A MC staff member will mostly volunteer during the spring semester under one of the coordinators listed above. Missions Conference typically has over 60 volunteers working for the different departments.
Within MC staff there is room for every gift and talent. Download a staff application and turn it into the SMU office to tell us your gifts so you can become involved in Missions Conference for 2010.
Things you might do as a staff member:
Build an art installation, Email missionaries, Organize a prayer labyrinth, Find and try new ethnic foods and drinks, Research missions in other cultures
*Each Missions Conference coordinator or staff member receives full conference credit.
